On receipt of solution drawings and test results Siemon raise an Application Warranty. This means that applications that are designed to operate on the cabling system installed are guaranteed to work. Should any component within the cabling system fail it is replaced at no charge to the end user. The warranty covers all components and engineer costs and is valid for up to 20 years.
